Michael earned his Master’s degree in Accounting from the University of Virginia and his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from California State University, Fullerton. Michael is Certified Public Accountant and licensed real estate broker, both in the state of California.

He is currently President of U.S. Interactive Media and EVP of U.S. International Media, responsible for its overall strategy, vision, and aggressive growth (recently acquired by U.S. International Media). He also is a founding Partner at Insight Ventures, LLC, an early stage business incubator. Prior to U.S. Interactive, he was CEO and Founder of sourceOut, later acquired by Red McCombs Media at which point he served as President of the Performance division and managed the integration of both companies. Dimetria A. Jackson is the Director of Corporate Social Responsibility & Sustainability at Golden State Foods and the Chief Executive Officer of redBAMBINA.com, an online retail boutique that caters to infants, children, and nursing and expectant women. Dimetria served as the 2012 President of the Orange County Bar Association (“OCBA”), the first African American woman to hold the position in the OCBA’s 112 year history. During her tenure, she implemented several key initiatives including Mommy Esquire, an OCBA Committee that addresses issues pertaining to parenting attorneys of school-aged children. Dimetria is the current President of the OCBA’s Charitable Fund. In 2012, Dimetria was named as one of “20 Women to Watch” by the OC Metro Magazine and one of Orange Coast Magazine’s 2012 OC Look Award recipients. Kimberly Anne Marquis is an independent medical marketing consultant and Ladera Ranch resident. A graduate of Corona del Mar High School and University of the Pacific in Stockton, she started her marketing career with in northern California with The Grupe Company. It was here that she began her philanthropic work with Rotary and became a board member for United Way and the Volunteer Center. After moving back to Orange County, she became marketing director for Kforce in Irvine and maintained her passion for giving back. She joined the Junior League of Orange County and the Tinkerbell Guild, a Ladera Ranch philanthropy for CHOC Children’s. She is happily married to Chad Marquis for the past 18 years and has three children from ages 6 to 11.

Sandra Bolton is an attorney and RN, who recently served as Vice President of Professional Services at City of Hope. In that position she worked with the Chief Medical Officer to facilitate and develop clinical care and medical center programs. In three years, Sandra recruited over forty physicians and physician-scientists. Prior to City of Hope, Sandra served as the founding Executive Director of Healthy Smiles for Kids of Orange County. Under her leadership, the organization raised more than $7.5 million in its first four years, constructed a 7,000-square-foot dental facility and collaborated with the Children & Families Commission of Orange County, University of Southern California School of Dentistry and Children’s Hospital of Orange County to establish the first dental residency program in Orange County. Sandra started her career in pediatrics/neonatal at Hoag Memorial Hospital in Newport Beach. Sandra completed a fellowship in the Executive Program for Nonprofit Leaders at Stanford University Graduate School of Business. She received her associate degree in nursing from Mount St. Mary’s College in Los Angeles, and her Juris Doctorate from Western State College of Law.
