Michael Costa, VP of Finance and Controller for Sabra Health Care, is a graduate of the Accounting program at the University of Virginia. Prior to his position as VP of Finance and Controller at Sabra, Michael served as VP-Controller for KBS Realty Advisors, Manager of Assurance and Advisory Business Services at Ernst & Young LLP, and Assistant Property Manager at Vista Paint. Michael’s skills consist of financial analysis, financial reporting, auditing, and mergers and acquisitions. Michael lives with his wife Tania, a nurse who focuses on home health, and his two daughters, Aubrey and Alicia. Both Michael and Tania’s families are from Portugal and are involved with the Portuguese Community of Artesia.

He is currently President of U.S. Interactive Media and EVP of U.S. International Media, responsible for its overall strategy, vision, and aggressive growth (recently acquired by U.S. International Media). He also is a founding Partner at Insight Ventures, LLC, an early stage business incubator. Prior to U.S. Interactive, he was CEO and Founder of sourceOut, later acquired by Red McCombs Media at which point he served as President of the Performance division and managed the integration of both companies. Dimetria A. Jackson is the Director of Corporate Social Responsibility & Sustainability at Golden State Foods and the Chief Executive Officer of redBAMBINA.com, an online retail boutique that caters to infants, children, and nursing and expectant women. Dimetria served as the 2012 President of the Orange County Bar Association (“OCBA”), the first African American woman to hold the position in the OCBA’s 112 year history. During her tenure, she implemented several key initiatives including Mommy Esquire, an OCBA Committee that addresses issues pertaining to parenting attorneys of school-aged children. Dimetria is the current President of the OCBA’s Charitable Fund. In 2012, Dimetria was named as one of “20 Women to Watch” by the OC Metro Magazine and one of Orange Coast Magazine’s 2012 OC Look Award recipients. Kimberly Anne Marquis is an independent medical marketing consultant and Ladera Ranch resident. A graduate of Corona del Mar High School and University of the Pacific in Stockton, she started her marketing career with in northern California with The Grupe Company. It was here that she began her philanthropic work with Rotary and became a board member for United Way and the Volunteer Center. After moving back to Orange County, she became marketing director for Kforce in Irvine and maintained her passion for giving back. Sandra Bolton is an attorney and RN, who recently served as Vice President of Professional Services at City of Hope. In that position she worked with the Chief Medical Officer to facilitate and develop clinical care and medical center programs. In three years, Sandra recruited over forty physicians and physician-scientists. Prior to City of Hope, Sandra served as the founding Executive Director of Healthy Smiles for Kids of Orange County. Under her leadership, the organization raised more than $7.5 million in its first four years, constructed a 7,000-square-foot dental facility and collaborated with the Children & Families Commission of Orange County, University of Southern California School of Dentistry and Children’s Hospital of Orange County to establish the first dental residency program in Orange County. Sandra started her career in pediatrics/neonatal at Hoag Memorial Hospital in Newport Beach. Sandra completed a fellowship in the Executive Program for Nonprofit Leaders at Stanford University Graduate School of Business. She received her associate degree in nursing from Mount St. Mary’s College in Los Angeles, and her Juris Doctorate from Western State College of Law.
