Specifically for: Children of all ages; Grown-ups
I am green and I can leap, what am I? A frog? Nope, the earth! Did you know that 2012 is a leap year? Celebrate this leap year by making recyclable leaping frogs. This interactive art and activity time will have your child leaping from lily pad to lily pad to build their calendar skills. As they leap they will need to jump onto the correct month while identifying each one.
Play Partner: Pretendgineers and BrainBuilders; our experienced stage staff of trained early childhood and development educators.
Grown-up Tip: All this hopping, jumping and leaping like a frog is perfect for strengthening gross motor skills, coordination and balance. While building strong muscles with these exercises, your child is also learning about spatial relationships and sequences. Hop, hop and away!
RSVP: Not required
Fee: Included with certain Pretend City Memberships to learn more visit here.
