Children are often reluctant to enter an exam room or a doctor”s office. At Pretend City, children get the opportunity to experience the doctor”s office from an entirely different perspective, one of curiosity and excitement! Through pretend play in the Pretend City Health Center, children”s fears of medical personnel, procedures and equipment are reduced and their curiosity ignited about how their bodies work!

In Pretend City’s Dentist Office, children learn the importance of having good oral hygiene in a creative and fun environment. They play with dentist’s equipment and begin to see that dentists are willing to help us remain health through prevention. Children will be able to measure the amount of sugar in our favorite foods, donate their pacifier for teeth research, and brush all 32 teeth in our giant mouth replica.
