Ages and Stages Developmental Questionnaire
You may not be a child development specialist, but you are the expert regarding your own child. In the comfort of your home, you and your child can complete the American Academy of Pediatrics approved Ages and Stages Questionnaire (ASQ), available for FREE either on our website or in our lobby. The ASQ looks at your child’s strengths and challenges, educates parents about developmental milestones, and incorporates parents’ expert knowledge about their children to learn more about their development.

In addition to your child’s doctor, the Family Support Network provides FREE developmental screenings for children age birth through five years throughout Orange County. Find one in your area today!
