Ages and Stages Developmental Questionnaire

You may not be a child development specialist, but you are the expert regarding your own child. In the comfort of your home, you and your child can complete the American Academy of Pediatrics approved Ages and Stages Questionnaire (ASQ), available for FREE in the Pretend City Children’s Museum lobby. The ASQ looks at your childs strengths and challenges, educates parents about developmental milestones, and incorporates parents’ expert knowledge about their children to learn more about their development. The ASQ is available at no cost to parents by visiting Pretend City Children’s Museum and comes with a prepaid return envelope. All completed and returned ASQ’s will receive one complementary ticket to Pretend City.
