Membership is a great value and lets you take advantage of important benefits, such as:

- Free admission to the museum all year, including the 9:00 – 10:00 a.m. members-only hour
- Discounts on classes, birthday parties, and in the gift shop
- Email notifications and updates about museum classes and events

The discounts are as follows:

- Starting August 1st, 2011 all active duty military get a 10% discount on a Play Partner, Lively Learner, and Engaged Explorer membership throughout the year. Must show military I.D.

- Starting August 25th, 2011 all teachers will get a 10% discount on a Play Partner, Lively Learner, and Engaged Explorer membership throughout the year. Must show either last paycheck stub or school photo I.D.

- Starting September 1st, 2011 members who renew before their expiration date will get a 10% discount on their renewal. Those who do not renew before their expiration will not receive a discount.
